The Associate Director for Residential Learning develops, implements, and assesses residential curriculum and residential engagement plans, following institutional and educational learning goals set by the university and division. Oversees all training, guidance, and support for learning and growth opportunities provided for residential students. Guides training and development for Clemson Home utilizing curriculum, best practice, and current research. Serves as a College of Education liaison for coordination of multiple sections of a leadership class, taught annually for ~150 – 200 students.
