The Director of Student Rights & Responsibilities provides leadership, vision, and strategic planning for the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities. The Director is a thought leader on campus concerning the rights and responsibilities of students, and ensures that student behavior related policies, procedures and processes are informed by current legislation, case law and federal guidelines.  In addition, the Director is responsible for monitoring and maintaining a fair, civil, and educational student conduct process.  The Director will serve as an investigator for high level student conduct cases Title IX student-on-student cases, and is also appointed as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
