As a member of the Office of Student Engagement team, the Assistant Director of Student Engagement contributes to a comprehensive campus activities program that advances the educational mission of the department, Offices of Student Life, and the College by creating opportunities for students to make connections between their intellectual and out-of-classroom experiences. The Assistant Director of Student Engagement advises and supports Connecticut College’s vibrant student club and organizations. The Assistant Director will assess the needs and interests of the student population to determine the programming, training, and ongoing leadership training needs for student organizations.
