The Office of Residence Life at Messiah University is now accepting applications for a Director of Residence Life. Responsibilities:  To advance the mission of Messiah University through connections of faith, learning, and living while providing leadership to Residence Life, including the recruitment, selection, training, supervision and evaluation of the professional residence life team, the team of 62 undergraduate student staff members. Provide oversight of the 13 residence areas and serve as a critical partner in promoting student success, engagement, and care for all residential students. The Director of Residence Life also serves as a member of the Community of Educators. This is a full-time, 12-month position. Qualifications
