Equity and Title IX Investigator
Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Title IX Coordinator, this role primarily conducts investigations of alleged violations of sexual and related misconduct under Cornell University Policy 6.4 (“Prohibited Bias, Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual and Related Misconduct”) and Cornell University Policy 6.3 (“Consensual Relationships”). The investigator serves as a neutral and impartial administrative investigator who independently plans, conducts, and documents investigations concerning complaints of sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, dating and domestic violence, and protected class discrimination and harassment involving students, employees, and third parties.
