As a unit within the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) is the largest office within the division and works in collaboration with more than 90 culturally diverse student organizations on campus. The MRC further advances the diversity mission of the University by working closely with various offices and departments to provide quality programming and other resources that support the recruitment, retention, personal and professional development of all ethnically and socially diverse student groups. The ideal candidate will join the MRC staff which includes an assistant director, a coordinator, and office manager.
