Reporting to the Dean of Westhampton College, the Assistant Dean helps provide holistic student support in all areas of student life, including advising students in academic, co-curricular, personal, and other matters, helping to create a thriving and inclusive community in and out of the classroom. The Assistant Dean helps coordinate the College’s student life functions with responsibilities in individual and group advising, on-call duty and crisis management, conduct, College programming, communications, and participation in various campus-wide committees.
