Overview:The Director of Equity and Title IX Coordinator serves in a highly visible key leadership role and is responsible for development, delivery and oversight of initiatives related to preventing and providing redress for unfair treatment based on legally protected characteristics for Lawrence University students, faculty and staff. This position supports the University’s efforts to provide an equitable, diverse and inclusive environment in which to work and learn by supporting the prompt and appropriate response to reports of harassment and discrimination including those related to Title IX and other applicable laws, policies or regulations.
