The Division of Student Success (DSS) at the University of Tennessee seeks a visionary, collaborative, data-driven leader to serve as the Director of the Academic Success Center (ASC). The ASC is a vital hub for student support, offering a comprehensive suite of programs and services designed to empower students to achieve academic excellence. This includes individualized academic coaching, dedicated study spaces, supplemental instruction, peer-led learning initiatives, student outreach and engagement, and targeted support for first-generation college students.  The ASC Director plays a critical role in shaping and leading the Center's mission and will develop and implement a strategic plan to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.  The director positio
