The Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Belonging works closely with a wide variety of student organizations on campus programming and organizational development. The Assistant Director promotes student involvement and a strong, positive sense of community on campus. This work serves a diverse student population and contributes to a culture of student success, persistence, and graduation. The Assistant Director is a key member of the Center for Student Engagement, Inclusion, and Belonging (CSEIB) team and collaborates with other offices in supporting student organizations and planning campus events.  This is a 10-month position, typically working August 1 - May 31 each year, with time off during the
