This position is responsible for supporting the mission of St. Norbert College, the Office of Student Inclusion and Belonging, and the Division of Student Affairs. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Student Inclusion, Success, and Belonging and assists with the development, implementation, and monitoring of programs and events that assist in the engagement, academic success, and retention of underserved students, and offers guidance and support to these populations.
