General Summary
The School of Health Promotion and Human Performance invites applicants for part-time teaching opportunities in the areas of Orthotics and Prosthetics, Athletic Training, Exercise Science (emphasis in Quantitative Methods and Pharmacology) and Sport Management.
Applications for the Fall 2024 semester will be considered on a rolling basis for any available positions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Teaching may include a number of particular obligations which employees are expected to fulfill, including but not limited to: meeting with students during and outside of assigned classes, assessing student work and performance, preparing syllabi and course materials, providing copies of syllabi and course materials to their supervisor on request, and assigning and submitting grades in accordance with established Eastern Michigan University schedules.
Perform related departmental duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master?s Degree in a related field required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching or field experience in sport management related topics preferred.
