In conjunction with the Associate Director- Operations, the Assistant Director for Residential Life provides leadership and guidance for the administrative operations of the residence halls and University apartments. This position is responsible for managing and maximizing the use of residence hall spaces and apartment units and for providing a comprehensive, inclusive, and diverse residential living program for students as well as a training for both professional and paraprofessional staff. The incumbent oversees contracts, projections, room assignments, and associated communication for residence halls and University apartments.
