Reporting to the Director of Student Involvement, the Assistant Director for Campus Programming & Leadership Development will coordinate and oversee traditional campus-wide events that will stimulate students' intellectual, personal, and civic growth. The campus events are Fall and Spring Weeks of Welcome Programming, student organization programming support, information tables, major speakers, partnered athletic events, Homecoming, Finals Programs, Leadership Conferences and experiences, etc. Additionally, this position will assess the needs and interests of the students and will work collaboratively with campus partners to develop new diverse educational, social, and cultural programming aligned with the outcomes of the Division of Student Affairs and with those of the University.
