Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President for Student Affairs, the Associate Vice President for Student Success and Belonging at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) will serve as a key member of the Student Affairs Leadership Team (SALT). This role leads a dedicated team of full-time staff across various units, each committed to advancing student success and belonging initiatives.
