The Associate Director of Residential Living supervises Residence Life Coordinators and support staff, and administers the resident and community support services component of a Student Life program. Provides vision, leadership, and oversees the day to day operations for Graduate and Family Housing resident relations, student conduct, and after-hours services. Provides direct service, support, and referral in response to individual or community concerns. Independently oversees day-to-day operations, and determines goals and performance expectations of subordinates. Directly supervises Residence Life Coordinators and indirectly supervises 25 paraprofessional staff: Housing Assistants. Makes recommendations concerning improvements of program /function to the Director of Residential Living
