This is an exciting time to join the Center for Student Success at Oberlin College and Conservatory. The Student Success Coach position is a full-time, 12-month, staff position in the Division of Student Affairs. Under the direct supervision of the Dean and Assistant Dean of Student Success, this position will assist in advancing Oberlin Colleges retention efforts and will play a key role in the realignment of the Center for Student Success programming initiatives.   The Student SuccessCoach will serve as the point of contact for all students at Oberlin College with a deliberate focus on first and second year students.
