The primary purpose of the Eligibility and Certification Clerk is to serve as the university certification officer for athletic certification and eligibility; Determine eligibility for athletic competitions for intercollegiate sports according to NCAA, CAA, and University rules and policies. Position will verify all student athletes at the beginning of the school year and complete mid-year certification processing to determine all athletes remain eligible.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit:
The primary function of the Office of the Registrar is to provide support services to students, faculty, and staff in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities and activities in these support services include, but are not limited to, registration of students, certification of enrollment status, withdrawal of students from classes, processing official transcript requests, maintaining academic records, repeated courses, processing applications for graduation, maintenance of demographic data and scheduling of courses.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred:
-Three to five years of experience working in Registrar working environment. -Experience working with Banner Student.
