The individual will assist the Director of the Pharmacy Technician Education program in all administrative aspects of pharmacy technician program. The individual can expect enroll students learning management system (LMS) in Canvas. Under the supervision of the Director, updating and maintaining course enrollment, process billing and payments, review of the LMS platform content and function. The individual will assist in all aspects of student enrollment, tracking student progression to facilitate successful learning, new enrollment admission processing and credential renewal process. The individual will also process payment and participate in routine follow-up regarding course logistics. The position will me a mix of in person and remote work as determined by the Director.
