The Coordinator of Academic Success supports the mission of the university and LHSON by developing, coordinating and promoting the faculty and staff academic referral programs.
This position is located in Dallas, TX.
A Bachelors degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. Five years of relevant work experience are preferred.
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Provide academic coaching and support to undergraduate nursing students.
Coordinate student accommodation needs through the Office of Access and Learning Accommodations. Assist students with their accommodation requests. Coordinate proctoring of accommodation testing.
Assist in planning and coordinating tutoring support services.
Design and implement academic workshops to promote student success and retention.
Assist in coordination of the Student Success Center. Manage activity data and report as needed.
Support Student Services activities and initiatives such as New Student Orientation, student mentoring, The Store, etc.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
Ability to comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
