The Assistant Director (AD) is a full-time, career staff member who serves as a member of the management team within Residential & Community Living. As one of 8 functional units within Housing, Dining, & Auxiliary Enterprises, R&CL is responsible for the well-being and development of over 11,000 residents and manages the placement services for all students and families who live in university housing.  R&CL operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and has on-call staff available every day of the year.  The team is responsible for 330+ student staff, $7.3 million operating budget and an annual major maintenance budget of $100,000.
