This position under the Student Affairs division will offer case management services to UTRGV students with at-risk mental health and social support needs through interventions, referrals, coordination and connection to follow-up services exercising independent judgment and authority as required. This position will also coordinate and focus on well-being initiatives and oversight of the campus food pantries. Responsible for all phases of the program, including budget recommendations, program selection, staff supervision, recommendations for future planning, and innovation.   Provides casework services to include the assessment of need, formation of plan, intervention, and follow- up monitoring of individual student status. Manages a
