Assistant Director, Assessment and Communication (Talent Development) Position location: Kingston
Grade Level: 12
Hiring Salary: $65,980
Position is full-time calendar year, permanent.
BASIC FUNCTION: Design, develop, and implement Talent Development (TD) program's assessment policy, and evaluation plan. Identify TD's success metrics alongside the TD leadership team, create tools and mechanisms, including dashboards, to capture, assess, and display data for strategic alignment and decision-making purposes. Design system for data collecting, analyzing data, and reporting to determine academic interventions in order to improve student retention and persistence to graduation. Produce, implement, and manage an electronic data student tracking system. Maintain confidential records. Oversee the department's retention efforts in all areas of the program. Plan and deliver effective social media and online communications for the purpose of recruitment, student success, parent and community communications, and alumni relations. Design, supervise, and evaluate summer digital literacy instruction for incoming first year students. Ensure Talent Development students' progress toward graduation in a timely and systematic manner.
