Saint Francis University invites applications for the full-time position of Residence Life Coordinator within the Office of Residence Life. The Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) oversees administrative, supervisory, programmatic, community development, and counseling responsibilities within a residential community housing between 275 and 450 students. An RLC reports to the Director of Residence Life and is ultimately responsible to the Vice President for Student Development. Secondary responsibilities are in the areas of summer conference housing and/or the summer residence hall housing and office administration. This is a twelve-month, live-in appointment.
Master’s degree in student personnel or related field and one to two years of residence hall experience at the graduate assistant level preferred. Bachelor’s degree considered with residence hall experience. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
