General Description: The Coordinator for Conference Housing Services supports revenue operations and organizes guest accommodations on behalf of the Department of Housing and Residential Life. This role will expand the client base, manage summer housing operations, oversee daily processes, coordinate check-ins and check-outs, and liaise between campus departments and clients to ensure successful events. The Coordinator develops and implements sales and recruitment strategies to increase summer revenue beyond $4 million, manages client invoicing and retention, and recruits and supervises student staff. Additionally, the role supports transitional housing during winter and intersessions. This position repor
