Reporting to the Associate Director of Residential & Community Living (R&CL), the Coordinator for Academic Initiatives (CAI) is responsible for providing leadership and management to a variety of educational initiatives designed to enhance student learning and community engagement in university housing. These responsibilities include strategic oversight in the development of living-learning communities, theme-based housing, and the Faculty-in-Residence program; supporting the implementation of the established residential curriculum; ; and executing key assessment projects measuring student learning within campus housing.
