Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: The Associate Director serves as a team leader within the Center of Student Success & Coaching and provides oversight to areas under Academic & Career Success, Student Involvement, and/or Residence Life & Community Standards. Reporting to the Director, the Associate Director ensures delivery of essential services and programing to ensure student retention, persistence and degree completion. The Associate Director is responsible for execution of programming to engage students and create a vibrant campus life.
