Consistent with the University’s mission, the Hall Director (HD) position provides hall leadership in the University’s residence halls. Hall Directors invest in the lives of students and are leaders in the hall community through presence, role modeling, and community involvement. Hall Directors serve a key role in fostering community within the residence halls, inspired and informed by the University’s Catholic and Holy Cross tradition of residentiality. This position has primary responsibility for the wellbeing and development of the students in the assigned residence hall. Responsibilities include supervising an assistant hall director (a graduate student) and a team of resident assistants (undergraduate students).New HDs work full-time 39 weeks per year
