The Assistant/Associate Director is a key member of the Student Activities team and supports efforts in positioning student activities as a hub for campus engagement, student connection, and co-curricular learning. This position provides leadership and vision within the functional areas of major campus programming and alternative programming. Leads efforts to establish a programming calendar that facilitates student belonging and engagement with particular attention to evening, weekend, and alternative programming. In addition, this position oversees the training and supervision of Orientation Leaders, organizes the annual Student Activities club fair, and advises clubs and organizations that aim to provide healthy alternative programming to campus.
