We are looking for an innovative leader to guide and support student success initiatives across our region. As the Director of Student Success, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing coaching strategies, collaborating closely with college leadership to implement systems that drive student achievement and engagement.
As the Director of Student Success, you will lead a large regional team focused on delivering impactful academic coaching and student support services. You’ll serve as the central point of contact for faculty and staff, providing strategic guidance to ensure student success initiatives are effectively implemented. In this position you will have the opportunity to design, implement and present academic coaching processes. In collaboration with college leadership, you’ll also develop and refine a coaching curriculum designed to support student progression, retention, and graduation.

The ideal candidate will have:
A master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution, or any equivalent combination of related education, training, and/or experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions
Two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity in academic advising/student success coaching or related area
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research, interpret and apply information that supports decision making
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage audiences and lead group discussions or trainings.
