Residence Hall Coordinators manage a community of 275-500 students supervising 8-14 Resident Advisors. Coordinators foster the development of a living-learning environment in the residence hall to promote student and community development. They help to ensure safe, secure, and functioning facilities while providing an environment that encourages and supports student success. Some halls host a Living-Learning Community (LLC) and work closely with Academic and Faculty Partners. Coordinators advise a Hall Government and provide oversight for hall programming efforts and academic initiatives. By promoting concepts of inclusion and social justice, Coordinators help create a positive community climate and greater global understanding for our students.
