The Assistant Director of Orientation & Engagement is responsible for the quality of the transition experience for undergraduate, master, doctoral students and their families into the university community through carefully coordinated set of experiences continuing through their first year at Life University.  The Assistant Director of Orientation & Engagement is responsible for supporting a relational, strategic, and coordinated approach to the administration, management and support of new student programs (orientation & transition programs), signature events, and strategic projects in support of the new student experience and retention.
