Position Summary: The primary location of this position is the main Cullowhee, NC campus.
The individual will be charged with managing a donor portfolio with a focus on membership renewals, new member acquisition, and gifts for specific sports. Other responsibilities include:
- Manage a donor portfolio of annual giving and major gift prospects
- Focus on Catamount Club membership renewals while actively working to grow Catamount Club membership primarily through phone/email engagement strategies
- Oversee the planning and execution of student-athlete alumni engagement philanthropic strategies that support sport specific giving.
- Assist in planning and executing communications focused on donor solicitations and stewardship.
- Help oversee annual donor stewardship as outlined in the benefits chart, including donor parking and ticket priority.
- Execute marketing and promotional strategies of the Catamount Club.
- Oversee the annual Greek Challenge initiative aimed at engaging Catamount Greek Alumni
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Associate AD for Development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required for this position:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree required. Candidate must have experience in Fundraising, preferably in Collegiate Athletics. This position involves local and occasional out of state travel. Flexibility, including necessity of frequent night and weekend work, is required.
