The Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) will be responsible for the residential education and hall operation of 200-bed residential community on the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus to ensure that each resident has the opportunity to succeed academically and personally. This position is responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and learning-centered environment through key responsibilities: residential education and curriculum, community development and standards, programming, coordination and support of living-learning communities; staff selection, training and supervision; advising student organizations; crisis management, on-call response; and day to day operations of the residential community including occupancy management and resident communication.
