Job Summary | The Associate Director & Lecturer will design and teach credited and non-credited leadership classes and workshops, which include topics such as: Public Speaking, Team Management, Ethics, Cultural Competencies and more. The incumbent will be assigned leadership related projects and carry out the vision and goals of the Archer Center for Student Leadership Development, which aims to enrich and educate the Rensselaer Community through interactive and reflective learning experiences which foster lifelong leadership development. |
Minimum Qualifications | - Master's Degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education or related field
- 5 or more years in professional experience designing and facilitating interactive leadership workshops
- Teaching experience

- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
