Position Information
The Pathway Programs at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine is committed to diversifying the physician workforce and offers unique programs serving high school, community college, university and postbaccalaureate students. Pathway Programs is a team professional who are committed to achieving the Mission of the UCR School of Medicine through providing programs and services for students from educationally and socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

The Program Evaluation Analyst supports the Pathway Programs Director and Associate Dean of Student Affairs with fulfilling reporting requirements and program evaluation for Pathway Programs. The incumbent is responsible for data collection and management, analyses, and reporting for Pathway Programs which provides services and programs for high school, community college, and university students in the Inland Empire. Through data analysis, the incumbent is responsible for participant tracking and preparing reports with visuals to demonstrate program outcomes. This position is funded by a five-year Health Professions Pathways Program grant from the California Department of Health Care Access and Information. The project is currently in year one of the grant performance period and positions may be extended based on funding and program needs.

Requirement 2 - 4 years of related experience. Required Experience with CANVAS and learning management systems. Preferred Experience with Qualtrics. Preferred Experience designing and executing email and social media campaigns. Preferred Experience with AMP or similiar admissions software Preferred


Minimum Requirements
Special Condition Requirement Shift Work (hours outside standard Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM work hours) Required Occasional travel for university related business meetings, conferences and/or professional development. Required Travel Outside of Normal Business Hours Required

Demonstrated ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
