Role description
The Associate Director of Student Housing is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Wayne, IN. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive day to day operations of 1400+ student housing in relationship to software management, facilities operations, student engagement, compliance, and the overall well-being and success of resident students.
The successful candidate will oversee the development, planning, execution, and evaluation of student housing operations, including residence life, housing assignments, accommodations, and facilities management. The Associate Director of Student Housing will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, monitoring occupancy, and ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and safety protocols.

7+ years of progressively responsible experience in housing and residence life.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Expertise in housing software systems, preferably experience with StarRez and Maxient.
