Required Qualifications:

For all courses:
1. An earned Master's degree in Higher Education or related field.
2. Teaching experience in graduate education courses.
3. Commitment to working with diverse students who have either professional or academic backgrounds in higher education.
4. Experience teaching online synchronous and/or asynchronous classes at the graduate level.
5. Proficiency in a Learning Management System, Microsoft Office applications, and Zoom for remote instruction is required, consistent with University guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Doctorate in Higher Education or related field.
2. Knowledge of the scholar-practitioner model with evidence of appropriately aligned experience.
Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
